These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://ritkriti.in/ and any associated mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Platform”) operated by RITKRITI IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (“Ritkriti”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. About Us

RITKRITI IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at: Flat No. 03, Khar Sunrise Cooperative Housing Society Ltd, 5th Road, Bandra, Khar West, Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra - 400052.

We provide ultra-fast hyperlocal delivery services for groceries, pharmacy items, fresh food, daily essentials, and other permitted products within our serviceable areas in Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are eligible and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Account

  • You may need to create an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any misuse or violation of these Terms.

4. Orders and Delivery

  • All orders placed on the Platform are subject to availability of products and our serviceable pin codes.
  • We offer ultra-fast delivery within 30 minutes to 120 minutes (2 hours) in supported areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, order volume, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled (see our Cancellation Policy for details).
  • Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery or attempted delivery at the provided address.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or inaccuracies in pricing/product information. In such cases, we will notify you and process a refund where applicable.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Payments can be made through available modes (UPI, cards, wallets, Cash on Delivery, etc.).
  • We use third-party secure payment gateways. We do not store sensitive payment card details.
  • Promotional offers and discounts are subject to specific terms mentioned at the time of offer.

6. Product Information and Accuracy

  • We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product images, descriptions, prices, and stock availability. However, minor variations may occur due to photography, packaging changes, or supplier updates.
  • For pharmacy items, you are responsible for providing valid prescriptions where required by law. We do not dispense medicines without proper authorization.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy.
  • Cancellations are governed by our separate Cancellation Policy.
  • Both policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read them carefully.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
  • Post or transmit any harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform or delivery operations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, images, and software on the Platform are the intellectual property of Ritkriti or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or our services.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed by you.
  • We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or quality issues caused by third-party delivery partners, suppliers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

12. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with the new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
