We are committed to providing fast and reliable hyperlocal delivery of groceries, pharmacy items, fresh food, and daily essentials to our customers.

1. Delivery Time

  • We offer ultra-fast delivery within 30 minutes to 120 minutes (2 hours) from the time your order is confirmed and ready for dispatch.
  • Delivery time depends on:
    • Your location (pin code)
    • Order preparation time (especially for fresh/frozen items)
    • Traffic and weather conditions
  • Most orders in core service areas are delivered within 45–90 minutes.

Note: The 30–120 minute window is our standard commitment. In rare cases of high demand, bad weather, or distant locations within our service zone, delivery may take up to the maximum of 120 minutes.

2. Service Areas

  • We currently provide delivery in Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with strong coverage in Bandra, Khar West, Khar, Santacruz, Andheri, Juhu, and surrounding areas.
  • Delivery availability and exact time estimates are shown at checkout based on your pin code.
  • If we cannot deliver to your location within the promised 30–120 minute window, the option will not be available at checkout, or we will notify you before accepting the order.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed immediately after successful payment.
  • Preparation time for fresh items, pharmacy prescriptions, or cooked food is included within the overall 30–120 minute delivery commitment.
  • Orders placed during late-night hours or very early morning may have slightly adjusted timelines (clearly mentioned at checkout).

4. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on:
    • Distance from our nearest fulfillment center
    • Order value
    • Time of day
  • Free Delivery is available on orders above a minimum order value (displayed at checkout).
  • Express or priority delivery slots (if any) may carry additional charges.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive a live tracking link via SMS and Email.
  • You can also track your order in real-time by logging into your account on https://ritkriti.in/.
  • Our delivery partners use GPS-enabled tracking for transparency.

6. Delivery Instructions & Failed Attempts

  • Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address with landmarks and a reachable contact number.
  • Our delivery executive will contact you upon reaching the location.
  • If the delivery fails (no one to receive the order), we will attempt one re-delivery on the same day if time permits. Multiple failed attempts may result in order cancellation and possible refund (minus any applicable fees for perishable items).
  • For fresh and perishable items, we strongly recommend that someone is available to receive the order within the promised time.

7. Changes or Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order before it is dispatched (usually within the first 10–15 minutes after ordering).
  • Once the order is picked up by our delivery partner, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Address changes after dispatch are generally not allowed due to our fast delivery model.

8. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Deliveries are limited to selected areas in Mumbai only.
