Due to our ultra-fast delivery service (30 minutes to 120 minutes), order cancellation is strictly time-bound.
1. When Can You Cancel Your Order?
You can cancel your order only before it is dispatched to the delivery partner.
- Cancellation Window: Usually within 10 to 15 minutes after placing the order.
- Once the order is prepared and handed over to our delivery executive for the 30–120 minute delivery, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. How to Cancel Your Order
You can cancel your order through any of the following ways:

- Log in to your account on https://ritkriti.in/
- Go to “My Orders” → Select the order → Click “Cancel Order”
- Contact Our Support Team
Please provide your Order ID while requesting cancellation.
3. Refund on Cancellation
- If your cancellation request is successfully processed before dispatch, you will receive a full refund.
- Refund Timeline:
- UPI, Wallets, or Digital Payments: Within 24 hours
- Credit/Debit Cards: Within 3–7 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD): No refund needed (order simply cancelled)
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of ordering.
4. Non-Cancellable Orders
Once the order has been dispatched (picked up by the delivery partner), it cannot be cancelled. In such cases:
- You may raise a return/refund request only for eligible issues (wrong item, damaged, poor quality, etc.) as per our Return and Refund Policy.
- No cancellation or full refund will be allowed after dispatch due to the perishable and time-sensitive nature of most products.
5. Reasons for Automatic Cancellation by Ritkriti
We reserve the right to cancel your order (fully or partially) in the following situations:
- Product is out of stock or unavailable
- Payment failure or fraudulent transaction detected
- Address is outside our serviceable area
- Suspicious or bulk ordering patterns
- Technical error in pricing or product information
In such cases, we will notify you immediately and process a full refund to your original payment method.
