Given our commitment to 30-minute delivery, this Policy is designed to be fair to both customers and our operational efficiency.
You may cancel your order under certain conditions and within specific timeframes. However, due to our hyper-fast delivery model, cancellation options become extremely limited once order processing begins.
Time Window: Within 2 minutes of order confirmation
Conditions:
Order must not have been assigned to a delivery partner
Store must not have begun order preparation
Cancellation request must be submitted through the app/website
Refund: 100% refund to original payment method
Time Window: Between 2-5 minutes after order confirmation
Conditions:
Order preparation may have started at the partner store
Delivery partner may not have been dispatched yet
Refund: Partial refund (order value minus ₹50 processing fee)
Process: Requires customer support approval
Time Window: After 5 minutes of order confirmation
Conditions:
Order has been processed by the partner store
Delivery partner has been assigned and dispatched
Order is in "Out for Delivery" status
Action: Cancellation not available at this stage

Select cancellation reason from dropdown menu

We reserve the right to automatically cancel orders under these circumstances:
Product Unavailability: If ordered items become unavailable after order placement
Pricing Errors: In case of genuine pricing mistakes
Suspected Fraud: Orders identified as potentially fraudulent
Service Unavailability: If delivery cannot be completed in your area due to unforeseen circumstances
Duplicate Orders: Multiple identical orders from same customer
Online Payments: Refund to original payment method (5-10 business days)
COD Orders: Bank transfer to provided account details (requires bank information submission)
Initiation: Within 24 hours of cancellation approval
Processing: 5-10 business days depending on payment method
Notification: SMS/email confirmation upon refund processing
If your order is significantly delayed beyond our promised delivery time, you may be eligible for cancellation with full refund. Contact customer support for assessment.
If you provided an incorrect delivery address, cancellation may not be possible once the order is out for delivery. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.
If our delivery partner arrives at your location and you are unavailable, the order cannot be cancelled at that point. Standard delivery charges apply.

Special request items (specifically procured for your order)
Bulk orders (above ₹5,000 value)
